Hi there, I’m Alannah — Founder of New Leaf.
I believe the best performance happens when people are empowered to share ideas, take risks, and challenge assumptions.
That’s why I partner with organisations to design practical, people-first learning & development solutions that accelerate organisational growth, foster inclusive leadership, and embed wellbeing into everyday success.
My own path has never followed one straight line. With a background in Hospitality, Communications, DE&I, Psychology, People Operations and, of course, Talent Development, I’ve worked at the intersection of people and purpose.
Rooted in behavioural science and systems thinking, I bring a holistic and grounded perspective that connects sustainable people performance with organisational success.
