Rising Stars
Talent Acceleration Programme
The need
As Trustpilot scaled, it became clear that high-performing talent needed more support to step into leadership roles. The organisation needed a structured, engaging way to accelerate internal capability while strengthening cross-functional collaboration.

What I delivered
I led the design and delivery of a modular, blended development journey for 26 high-performing employees, delivered over 9 months to enhance core leadership capability such as communicating with clarity, giving and receiving feedback, flexing style, and influencing without formal authority. This was achieved through practical workshops, 360 feedback, personality assessment and coaching, mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and resources for self-guided study. Participants completed energising checkpoint challenges throughout the program to solidify learning.

Outcomes
- Developed individuals’ personal accountability, self-awareness, business acumen, communication and listening capabilities.
- Improved feedback culture and communication channels across functions.
- Adoption of more iterative working practices and customer-centric mindset.
- Increased clarity on participants’ development path, resulting in higher engagement and performance.
- The mentorship component of the programme was particularly impactful, achieving a 94% satisfaction score, 98% chemistry rating, and 9.2 engagement driver score.

Trust Space
A conversation-based DE&I initiative
The need

With Trustpilot’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) operating independently, there was a clear opportunity to foster collaboration and strengthen inclusion efforts. A one-off event quickly revealed an unmet need for a psychologically safe, cross-ERG space where people could connect, reflect, and challenge unconscious bias.
Trust Space was born: A quarterly initiative designed to unify voices, embrace intersectionality, and spark honest conversations to move inclusion beyond heritage months and into everyday culture.
What I delivered
I owned and led the initiative, facilitating quarterly conversations between employees and panelists with lived experiences on topics like culture & heritage, neurodiversity, gender & sexuality, neurodiversity, and mental health. These conversations captured the diversity of the global organisation and bridged gaps in understanding between peers.
Panelists included senior leaders and board members, setting a positive example and role modelling Trustpilot’s culture of transparency for all ‘Trusties’.
Outcomes
- Attended by over 100+ participants each, sessions created spaces for open dialogue and fostered empathy, understanding, and cultural change across global and hybrid teams.
- A noticeable, long-term improvement in psychological safety across the organization.
- Awareness and literacy surrounding unconscious bias, creating a shared language for better conversations and improved understanding.
- Positive collaboration between Trustpilot’s seven ERGs (Employee Resource Groups).
